Frequently asked questions
What are credits?
Credits are the in-app currency you use to pay for bookings. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation, and you can top up anytime.
Do unused credits expire?
On the LOCAL plan they expire at the end of each period. IJGB rolls over 50% of unused credits, and BUGA rolls over 100%.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your subscriptions page. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed upfront for the selected interval (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Quarterly and annual billing come with a discount.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major Nigerian debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Your access and credits continue until the end of the period you paid for.
