Welcome to IJGB (“I Just Got Back”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IJGB website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using IJGB, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About IJGB

IJGB is a marketplace platform that connects users with independent third-party service providers offering beauty, wellness, fitness, food, experiences, and lifestyle services.

• Does not provide the services listed on the Platform
• Does not employ service providers
• Acts solely as a facilitator for discovery, booking, and payment

All services are provided directly by third-party businesses.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

IJGB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the Platform.

3. Bookings, Payments & Credits

IJGB facilitates bookings and payments for real-world services and physical goods provided by independent third-party service providers.

To complete transactions on the Platform, users may purchase prepaid Credits. Credits represent stored value within your IJGB account and can be used to pay for eligible services and goods listed on the Platform.

• Credits are purchased using supported payment methods
• Credits are stored in your IJGB account and applied toward bookings
• All transactions correspond to real-world goods or services
• IJGB does not sell digital content, virtual goods, or in-app feature unlocks

IJGB acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or performance of services provided by third-party partners.

4. Credits (Prepaid Value)

Credits are prepaid value purchased by users and stored within their IJGB account for the purpose of paying for services and physical goods available on the Platform.

• Credits may be used only for transactions on the IJGB Platform
• Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash
• Credits are not a bank account, digital currency, or financial instrument
• Credits do not earn interest and have no independent monetary rights outside the Platform

Certain plans may include benefits such as limited credit rollover. Any rollover, expiration, or usage conditions will be specified at the time of purchase.

IJGB reserves the right to adjust, limit, or revoke Credits in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refund eligibility is determined by the service provider’s stated policy at the time of booking.
• Some bookings may be marked as non-refundable.
• Platform and processing fees are non-refundable.

6. Service Providers (Partners)

• Operate independently
• Are solely responsible for their services, pricing, availability, and compliance with applicable laws
• Must not misuse IJGB data, branding, or customer information

IJGB reserves the right to suspend or remove providers who breach platform standards or these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on IJGB, including but not limited to:

• The IJGB name, logo, and slogans (including “Unlock the Culture”)
• App design, user interface, graphics, and software
• Source code and platform architecture

are the exclusive property of IJGB or its licensors.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

• Customer data will not be sold to third parties
• Data is used solely to operate and improve the Platform
• Third parties may only access data where necessary to provide services

9. Prohibited Use

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• Initiate unjustified chargebacks
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with Platform security or operations

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

0. Limitation of Liability

• IJGB is not liable for service provider actions or omissions
• IJGB is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• IJGB’s liability is limited to the amount paid through the Platform for the specific transaction in dispute

1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify IJGB against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or disputes with service providers or customers.

2. Termination

IJGB may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

3. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation, followed by arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

4. Changes to These Terms

IJGB reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
