6A. Nature of Transactions & Credits

IJGB facilitates the purchase of real-world services and physical goods, including but not limited to food orders and in-person services fulfilled by independent third-party providers.

The Platform uses a Credit system that allows users to prepay for services. Credits represent prepaid value stored within a user’s IJGB account and may be used to complete transactions on the Platform.

Credits are used solely for payments related to real-world goods and services and cannot be used for digital content, virtual goods, or in-app feature unlocks.

Credits do not constitute a bank account, digital currency, or financial instrument. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash outside the Platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
